“I joined the program in 2022 and I cannot recommend Debbie DeBerry and her amazing coaches enough. I feel like this program is the whole package because it gives you the nitty gritty knowledge, one-on-one coaching and the mindset work that is so important along with the support of the amazing group of women. Debbie is a real person who cares so much about empowering women to stand in their own power and she’s surrounded herself with like people to support her beautiful vision.

This program gives back exactly what you put into it. There are women who started and are flipping right away, and women who spend more time to get started but in my experience each person is supported on their unique version of this journey. If you need the data, boy do they give it to you and help you learn how to work with it. But “if” you need mindset work (spoiler alert, you do) to help step outside of the common dude-bro culture often found in REI there is ALL the support there to help you grow if you’re willing to do the work! The program doesn’t just hand you a quick easy way to get wealthy. It doesn’t hand you a giant golden fish, it teaches you to fish and to examine what internal blocks may have held you back from feeding yourself in the past.

I have not met another group of women with more integrity, grace and confidence as these coaches and the FlipSisters in the group. I feel fully equipped to build my own REI business that follows my values & vision now AND I know I have the support of my new FlipSisters for the rest of that journey. Thank you!!!”

“I joined The Flipstress program in March of 2023. I found everything about the program as described…thorough modules and online resources, group and individual calls to walk us through everything real estate and mindset related, and a wonderful Facebook group where I found constant support from coaches and other students.

I didn’t even know how to buy a house when I started the program. I asked SO many questions (many that were incredibly elementary) and felt like there was always someone there to walk me through what I didn’t know. I also got some tough love sometimes which helped me get out of my head and back on track. In my opinion that’s the best kind of coaching.

What I really love about the program is that no one did it for me. The coaches do a great job of asking guiding questions or referring us back to modules or practice so we can learn the process ourselves. That can feel uncomfortable sometimes, but it made me a much stronger Real Estate Investor much faster than if someone gave me all the answers.

My favorite aspect of class has to be the Facebook group…there’s real-time learning going on in there as well as a supportive group of women who are seeing each other through a lot of growth–both intellectual and emotional.
